Refund and Returns Policy

At Ved Panchakarma Equipment, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via phone or email.
Once your order is shipped or processed, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, if cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be initiated.
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), cancellation must also be confirmed within 24 hours.

b. Cancellation by Ved Panchakarma Equipment

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

Product is out of stock or discontinued
Pricing errors or technical glitches
Incomplete or fraudulent order details

If we cancel your order, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Cancelled Orders (within 24 hours): Full refund within 7–10 working days
Returns due to Defect or Damage: Full refund including shipping charges (after inspection)
Other Returns (eligible cases only): Product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable

All refunds are made to the original mode of payment. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer once return is verified.

3. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in original condition
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof

We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the product is returned in poor condition or if return instructions are not followed.

5. Important Notes

Custom-made or special-order products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider and bank processing speed.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
